I thank you all for your responce. I have added you all respectfully to my buddy list. I started out as a house painter, allways powerwashed and cleaned before and after jobs but with the work situation here I need to diversify. prior, all my work was by referal. I now am forced to drum up work and my confidence is lacking. any advise, instruction or direction will be greatly appreciated! Bill

Bill times are getting a bit hard around with gas price and house going in the drain.Not many want to spend the buck ya know.
go for the big stuff that will need a cleaning once a month or so cause the homes well H.O.A is good for some work cause they all need to keep clean
