Hope you all have at least a little time to work ON your business, instead of just working IN our business. Think strategically on occasion. Stand on a chair and look above the day to day. Where do you want to be in 1,3,5 and 10 years? Start with the end result. Then work backwards from there. Try to make your day to day activities line up with those long term goals. Having a tough week? Stay focused. Is a customer unhappy? Be committed.
