Tampa water restrictions

Due to drought conditions, the city of Tampa has issued new restrictions. The pressure washing of sidewalks, driveways and streets is prohibited except public health and safety.

Has anyone else dealt with anything like this? So, I can't pressure wash any concrete surfaces??
