Wasnt low bid

I was called out o bid this rust removal and clean the side of the building. Told the onwer it would be $350.00. He replied, "but I already have estimate for $90.00", to which I said "then what I am doing here?"

that price still kind low if you looks like 3500sq feet build but I could be wrong is it church.

I don't think I've ever been a low bid. There are so many ways to say "You get what you pay for."

$350 for 1 side with what looks to be a low PITA factor seems fair to me. What professional offers any service call for less than $100?
