Removing floor wax from grout

I have a client whose office bath rooms which have ceramic floor tiles have been waxed over a few times with the dirt in. They were able to remove the wax from the tiles but can not remove the wax from the grout. Will hot water or steam (Landa 3000) be able to remove the wax from the grout between the floor tiles?

Thank you

Steam might do it, but it's likely you'll damage the grout. Straight stripper with extended dwell and a brown doodlebug pad are your safest option. Depending on the width of the grout lines and the amount of wax, a soft fine wire brush might work better. Either way, it's not a quick process.
