Deck Cleaning

i have a couple decks line up to do this spring, and a lot more coming. But one problem i have not done and decks yet just
read and listen to everyone else. I would like all and any advice when i comes to cleaning decks.

i don't konw if this a dumb question or not but when doing deck do you do the railing as
well i have heard that you charge extra when railing are involve?

So any advice will be well appreciated.

Hey Will
I hope "Full Blast" doesn't signify your pressure when cleaning wood LOL.
YES - you will do the rails. I tell people that I do everything that can be seen from standing out in the yard...sides, rails, main supports, posts,etc..otherwise your job will look sloppy and incomplete. You'd be best to do AT LEAST one practice deck before diving right in. Have any friends or family you could use as guinea pigs?
