Cleaning deck with multiple layers of CWF

I have a deck to clean Monday morning that has multiple layers of CWF on it...about three coats. For the last three years, the lady has cleaned the deck herself (no p/w of course) and reapplied a new coat of CWF. They do not want me to strip it all off, they just want it to get a good cleaning before they apply this years coat.

What type of cleaner do you think is best for this? I just need to give it a nice, even cleaning job.

Hey Mike,
I would just treat this deck like a simple, quick maintenance job. use an oxygenated bleach powder/ solution mixed with water "safewash" wash with light pressure, You are very lucky they don't want you to strip it off. Seems only people in Georgia want it stripped off, It's a bear to get off. Good luck Chris www.sunbritedecks.com
