Black Willow Fencing????

I have to bid a fence job this week and the fence is made from rough cut black willow. It has never been sealed or cleaned. The fence is about 8 years old and very gray.

What would you use to seal it?

Will it come back close to its original color?

I have never worked with this type of wood so it would be helpful if you could provide any hints.

Dan Sorry, I tried to reply a few days ago from my computer at work, but for some reason it did.nt work,
Don't be afraid of the black willow. Wash it with "SafeWash" No need to neutralize. the seal with Ready Seal but put 20% mineral spirits in the Ready Seal, as far as color do a test patch,let the customer decide. try the gold, then lite brown or maybe natural cedar leave it up to the custmer
