unloader valves

howdy custom mobile cleaning here.i try to keep 6 hot water 5.5gpm 3000 psi machines running most of the time. my BIGGEST problem is unloader valves, presently using k-7 . replace 1 about every 3 months.have installed a GIANT on a diesel rig, like it so far. any comments mshumny@ipa.net

I had the same problem with the k-7s. The back pressure has to be just so for them to work properly. I ended up switching to pressure actuated unloader. Haven't had a problem since.

Funny, I haven;t had any problems out of the K-7. Are you guys filtering inlet water ??
