Help with Acrylic Latex

I have a potential customer that has a deck with an olive green coating of Behr plus acrylic latex solid based stain on it. I did a test patch with both my sodium hydroxide based sealer remover (which was a joke...nothing happened) and even some mineral spirits (which I thought I read on here at one point, but I might have been mistaken...) Anyway, it was a waste of time, because nothing happened, but I told them I would look into it more before I gave them my final decision. How in the world do you remove this type of finish? Help!

Try the new Wolman's Deck strip A&L. It is designed for acrylic and latex finises. I used it last week for the first time had great results. Dwell time is everything make sure the wood is dry when you start and you should wear goggles and respirator.
