Have you tried Ready Seal... If not give it a try. I use both Wolman F&P and Ready Seal. I have 3 decks on my house, One has Wolmans F&P on it and the other two have the Ready Seal. My customers usually ask for Wolmans because it is backed by a warranty, however , both are equal in quality as far as I can tell so far.
