Going to do my first bid on a wood sided house .
They just want it cleaned. Thought about using SafeWash. That would work but will it take care of the mold? Or should I just use a little soap/ bleach combo? I do not want to take off any stain so I will not use my stripper diluted 20 to 1. Just to be safe.
They also want deck washed and concrete. SO What do you think. Thinking my 1st choice will be Safe wash. wash Thanks Tim

Hey Tim,

Good choice. But bring other stuff just to be safe. Sometimes one product cleans it all, then you get the one it wont.

Tim,
Try logging on to www.********** .com,(1-800-346-4876) product to try?-"Restore". A 10 lb. kit for less than $39.00. I believe its an oxygenated bleach that you mix at the job site and use within 2 hrs. spray on, wait 15 mins; and clean with below 1000 psi. It is good for mold and mildew on wood(also works added to washing machine for clothes).

Good Luck,
Ken
