I have a customer who wants me to strip off Bio wash natural sealer. It is coming off in spots. Customer has been resealing it every year. I am not familier with this product . The customer may have put it on with too much moisture in wood. Question? Railing are good only problem with decking. When I strip it should I have them take a chance and use the same product after I check it for moisture or would you advice they change sealers?. Only railing will be different.
