Windows

Good Morning All, In the past few months we have had three complaints on windows. Either they have been scratched or the seal has been broken. We even had one client say that we scratched the inside of her window. Now I know that water will not scratch glass and we do not apply enought preasure to the windows to blow out a seal and no, we do not clean windows. This is really starting to become a problem, one of whitch we have never had before. Has anyone else had this problem?? If so, please let me know how you handled it.Thanks in advance.
