In the ball park???

Am i in the ball park.

Fence: 67" high x 6" across = 2.8sf per board
2.8 x 7ft = 19.6 per section
12 sections x 19.6 = 235.2 x 2.25 = $529.20

Would this be your cost for just cleaning or would it be your cost to clean and seal to include or exclude chemical cost. approx 1 gal cleaner and 2 gl sealer to do both sides?

Based on your e-mail this is basically 12 5X7 ft sections(I will post so others can view).Here is the way I would estimate it.
I usually estimate fences Labor/Material.
Materials:For 840 sq ft of fence(roughly)
5 Gallons sealer @$18ea=$ 90
2 Gallons cleaner @$15ea=$ 30
2 Disposable dropcloths @$5 ea=$ 10
MISC $15 =$ 15=
Total $144.16 W/TAX
Labor: $325 (5hours@$65) +$325
Total $469.16

The $65 per hour charge is what I would charge in New Jersey,In Pennsylvania I would have to go with $45 per hour.You will not use the whole 5 gallons of sealer and you should not pay $18 per gallon for sealer.With a contractor discount you can probably get the sealer for $15 per gallon.You could also do the job in 4 hours depending on the obstacles.This will increase your profit.That is why I only list the labor charge in my estimate and I don't give the time in hours that way if you get it done faster the customer doesn't expect to pay less.You are in the ball park,it all depends on your market.
