Help with pump identification

Dear Wizard and any others that can provide help,
A friend of mine wants to give me a pump he has. It seems to be in good shape (not frozen up). It is belt drive, 3 cylinder,and it has the following numbers stamped on the case: 47-0100-22
47-1500-22
47-1201-41.
Other than those numbers there seems to be no identification. Can anyone give me an idea as to what I have and it's worth. Thanks in advance!!!

It is an Interpump WS202 Mother company of General Pump Cross reference is TS2021 if the plungers are 20mm x 50mm
