2-step troubles

Hey Wiz! I am wondering if you know any thing about 2- step equip? I am getting a continuous flow of chems through both demas. Brand new parts, checked electrical on coils etc. When you first start running it works fine but the longer you run the worse it gets. Has me totally puzzled. I think it has something to do with the machine getting to hot but don't really know. Also my remote starts acting stupid when the machine gets hot. Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks!

Sounds like your remote is the key to the problem. Make sure the plug does not have water in it. sometimes a circuit board will act up when it gets wet or a solder joint will be loose on the board and when it heats up it will stop making a connection. Then you have to find it and solder it again to fix it. Also check all of the wire connections for corrosion and looseness.
