unloader

hey whiz how do you install an unloader on a comet pump with a 8hp engine?do i need one?also how can i regulate the pressure?do i need to install a pressure gauge if so where on the pump? which unloader should i use?

It is hard to explain how to hook one up. Hook input on output and bypass on the inlet and output to the hose. See I'll Bet I got all of you confused with that explaination.
