<FONT COLOR="e87400">Hey People,, I think I'm in the market for a new heater,, I have little Tuff hot box mounted on a truck rig that I had picked up a while back (used) that worked fine for summer but now that winter is here it ain't doin so well,,

What I need is someting diesel and preferrably vertical?? if I cannot find an adequate vertical I simply need to get the smallest heater possible (vertical or horozontal,, smaller is better for this rig)for a 5gpm flow,, The smaller and lighter the better,, so what's the best bang for my buck.

I have found a couple but figured I'd pop the question here before I buy

Thanks

For 5gpm there is a Physical limit of 18 inch diam. The water will not get hot enough with a smaller diameter. Your fuel nozzle is also limited to about 2.5 gallons per hour which means a bigger fire chamber like 18 to 20 inches around. You also need to make sure the coils are schedual 80 pipe not schedual 40!

Cody,

Although there is not any hot water heaters shown on my web site we do have a wide assortment available, I would be happy to give you a quote on one or several.

One option is a new skid less pump & motor if you want to update your whole machine or build a new one yourself.
