Thermostat that kicks on burner after 3 degree drop in temp.

Has anyone seen the thermostat that ********** sells were if your temp in your PW drops 3 degrees it will kick back on the burner so you are pretty much cleaning at a constistant temp?
My PW lets the temp drop aprox 20 or so degree before the thermostat kicks on the burner to bring bak up the temp. I believe most Hot water PW are the same. Does any one think that this new thermostat is that important in cleaning? It seems like it should be considered somewhat of a breakthru for PW's or is really necessary. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks-JOHN-
