New Construction

I was biding on a new construction powerwash job and the project manager asked me to giver her a price on cleaning the inside of brand new build out office space. These would be empty rooms brand new. Vaccum,dust walls and the like. Clean the windows (no scraping just regular dust). I have not done any of this kind of work so I am looking for some sort of time/sq foot number or a price/sq foot number which will give me some idea of how long this will take. The offices are different sizes and the contractor wants a sq ft price so they can budget it. That makes sense to me and since all the work is brand new first floor empty rooms a sq ft price makes sense.

You can make anywhere from $15.00 to $35.00 per hour doing this. If it is a newer service for you, you might want to start out lower and get a couple of companies to use you regularly.
