Does anyboby elses wife/husband complain that your on the computer to much. My wife says that I'm addicted to the computer. I try to explain to her that that the only thing I do is look at the powerwasher bb's so I can be well informed in this field. And why veg out to the TV when I can veg out to this and maybe learn something. I also explain to her I don't get the munchies on the computer like I do when I watch TV so I'll probably live longer( How's that for a pile of ****) She knows The only other thing I look up more or less is porn I mean stocks because she knows how to check the history on my computer.(What she doesn't know is I know how to erase any history if I want to)
Never the less she still thinks I'm on the computer to much. Does anybody else get this.
Well I've got to run and go back downstairs to hang with the inlaws. I'll be back in a few.
Hello I'm back(just kidding)

Well I guess I should consider myself lucky!!! My other half spends about as much time on this thing as I do! It is also beneficial that we are both involved as much as the other in this business. 90% of the time I am on this board or whatever else, he's sitting in the same room, and we are discussing it. Our TV and the computer are in the same room, so we get to do both. When the other one isn't home, and either of us checks the history, it doesn't make any difference if he has checked the same sites you may have. It doesn't matter to me one way or another!! Neither of us ever have to clear the history. The only one's I clear on occasion, is if I have been shopping!! Ha Ha, just kidding.

I get it from my daughter and my office assistant. They shake their heads at me a lot. Especially when I'm in a IM conversation and all they hear from me is a bunch of giggling and the sound of me hitting the floor rolling with laughter.

John,

Yes, my wife complains all the time. But it reaches beyond computer usage.......it's the business in general. It takes alot of time to start/run your own business (I dont have to tell any of you this).........this of course takes time away from other things............such is life.

As for the computer, I surf alot after everyone else is in bed......so, it doesn't matter. She's welcome to look at my history file anytime........nothing to be ashamed of there, and nothing has been deleted.

That's the thing with running your own show, there's no one person telling you what to do, or to stay late. Couple of my friends who do work for others always have that person to blame and the wives to hate, not like us self employed folks.

The only time I get to be on line is at work early morning & late night. ZERO use at home that's wife & kids time.

Not on as much as some seem to think I am. Wife also uses this computer as hers is not connected to any modem nor will it be.

Her's needs to be kept dedicated to her work, so am building another one so we can both log on with the DSL.

If you are logged on spending time here then you are not building your business up, unless you have so much you can afford to kick back.

Hey Mike Tayor, you sure do look different with dat hat on!!!!!!!!!!!
