A while back on the Del board this idiot was advertising this thing saying.

"A new product that lets an 80 year old man or an 8 year old girl operate the wand on a 3000 psi pressure washer with one hand, safely and efficiently.
Looking for distributors through out North America. For information or to just purchase for own use, contact Norm. Price about $100 and never offered before to the industry.

And he wants like $80 bucks. This may very well be the dumbest damn thing that I have EVER seen!!!

I just thought everyone could use a little laugh!

I too remember seeing this at the time.......I think he even had a website......from Canada I believe.

I think it would take twice as long to wash something with that as it would a wand.

That is your standard seniors wand. They also have one with a cane and it come in 4 colors. They claim you can clean a deck in, just under 4 days.

You have the outdated pics.
The upgrade version has a walker attachment and there's another style that has those spin around letters for when you hire infants to press wash their cribs.
You could save a few $$$ and buy the stick with a chunk of sandpaper on the end for $22.99
S&H is only $7.95!!!

I think its kind of funny also, but I hate to realy slam someone for useing their immagination and try to produce a new product that in their mind could help our line of work and maby make a few bucks off it. Eddison was laughed at in the begining also but look what happened. I guess I feel that if you dont try somthing you'll never know what could have happend. We should at least give the guy credit for trying even though he might have to go back to the drawing board. I was laughed at to when I told people I was going to start my own business. Just my 2 cents worth.

You have a point man, but the guy advertised this thing on the del board which is 99.9% contractors. And to any of us this thing is a joke! Hell he could have at least used some other kind of wheels on the thing, Those are some kind of elcheapo mower wheels. & frankly I don't see it being to easy to hold. At 3000psi and 5gpm you're gonna have to lean on it some.

Some inventions are just plain ridiculous.

I will be making something to use on those sidewalks covered with gum that will look a lot like that one. My wand will be heavy enough to stay down and the height of spray will be adjustable by lifting or lowering the handle to remove gum. Man that bending and constant position hurts my back after about an hour on a bad sidewalk.
The wand in that picture is useless to a professional.

They also make an attachment to slide in the square tubing at the foot area for those people with the hoveraround wheel chair. You know the one, commercial has the two old women at the Grand Canyon, says they'll go anywhere.</FONT c>
