Dave,
I'm thinking of tapping the big and profitable market of resturant hood cleaning. Problem is: don't have the time or money Bigboy has to fly out to Ft. Worth Texas for one of those seminars. How likely is it that I can tap this market and start cleaning hoods with no outside training other than this board. If I beg a little, I think Wildman might let me tag along with his crew one night since we're kinda related. What do you think? any does and don'ts?
