<FONT COLOR="e87400">3 Ring binders are a great method of organizing that which does not do well in a filing cabinet. you can get several accessories for them to assist like:
[*]Magizine holders
[*]Business card holders
[*]Photo holders
[*]Filing index tabs

All the above can usually be gotten at walmart or an office supply store.

Things I use binders for:
[*]Magizines (Like my Cleaner Times, I have every issue in binders from 1994 indexed and cataloged,)
[*]Vendor Catalogs (parts, chemicals, etc..)
[*]Business Cards
[*]Photo's
[*]Tax Guides
[*]PW future plans and Ideas
[*]General Business Plans
[*]Truck Bible (For all you need on the truck, customer log, MSDS, processes, job reports, maps, milage log, schedule,)
[*]Newspaper Clippings (use heavy construction type paper and affix newspaper clippins to it)
[*]& There are a few other things.

Myself I prefer the "D"ring binders as oppose to the "O" ring ones. The "D" rings are a little more expensive but are easier to use. These binders come from 1/2" thick to 4".

Try it You'll Like it, I have 23 of em loaded!

Good advice Cody..........I have several empty binders on my desk for my pending organizational rampage.........

I hadn't thought about putting business cards in there........good idea. I guess that's better then the way i have them stored now........a pile about 2 and half inches thick, held together with a rubber band!

I have used 3 ring binders all through my restaurant mngmt career and am using them now for EVERYTHING.
Another good use is for your MSDS in your truck or in your trailer(if it is enclosed) I have it attached to the door so it is visible when you open "the beast" up.
