Time of year

well it is that time of year. Time to set some goals for you and your respective businesses. So what are they going to be and how are you going to quantify what you do. Here are soem suggestions.
1. Increase sales
2. Increase margin on sales.
3. Work fewer hours
4. Increase efficiency
5. Increase Customer base
6. Increase average ticket (sales per customer)
7. Put another rig on the road
8. Expand market
9. Expand services offered
10. Upgrade your equipment
11. Increase your season
12. Improve your skills
13. Get a particular customer
14. Lose an unprofitable customer.
15. Go full time

Well, there are a few ideas. So, what are your goals for the year?

: sounds great, but don't know about the full time, I got started in this to do it at my leisure and how much work I want to schedule, not someone else scheduling in for me
