Growing a Business....

I thought it might be interesting to open a discussion on sucesses/failures of building our businesses.

What works and what doesn't ? What was the largest leap in your business and how did you handle it ?

I am only in my second year so I have found more things that dont work than do, I guess I'm still trying to get a rythm going. The biggiest thing for me was actualy starting work after all equipment was purchased. I learn somthing new every day so we'll see where it taks us.
