PowerWash Network redesign

Hello! I'm in the process of a redesign and programming work for Dan here at PowerWash Network. You may notice a few visual changes this morning-- there will be more to come in the near future!

i dont have a problem with the re-design......
the problem i have is i cant open a new thread in shoot the bull i have tried 3 times and it goes to a 30 sec. time out and never lets me post
