organizational goals and departmental processes
Hi all,
I'll bet we could all share information on processes and tools, and find more effective ways to do what we are doing now. This could include anything from internal forms employees fill out, to the systems (software or paper) that you may have in place to run your company.
For example....do you have your crews sign out equipment? How are you tracking their time? Do they receive work orders at the beginning of the day? Those a re just a couple of thoughts to get the ball rolling.
