surface cleaner "howling"

I have a 24" Steel Eagle w/ approx 30 hrs of use on it. When I was using it today, it started "howling" while running (kinda sounds like a jet engine). Checked the spray tips and none are restricted or clogged; the swivel moves freely; cleans ok.
What's causing this problem?

Tim,

Try spinning the spray bar by hand. Do you hear any
bearing noise? Does it turn "smoothly" or is it rough? Are
the spray bars bent or damaged?

30 Hours is kind of premature for bearing failure unless
you have hit something with the spray bar this can knock
out the bearings real quick.

Put grease in the bearings there is a nipple for that on the swivel. Use a water resistant high temp grease.
