cleaning "clean areas"

Does anyone have expereince with providing janitorial services to a "clean environment" or "clean room" type of area? Is there any specific equipemtn involved??? Need your help. Bidding 12,000 sq ft job and before we get to far into it and bid something we should not....

I have never cleaned a cleaned room. I am assuming it is in a hospital. When I do my pest control business for hospitals I give them MSDS sheets of all the chemicals I will be using. Also besure not to leave a residual spray on the surface. Be carefull. Let me kno how it comes out.

Yes, you need a great deal of special and expensive equipment and supplies to do "clean room" cleaning. Hepa vacuums, special filters, clothing, lint free rags, anti static shoes and equipment, etc. If you don't want to be liable for millions of dollars worth of screwed up computer equipment, then I would stay away from it. This is not just something you "jump" into without training, practice and a great deal of knowledge.
