Does anyone know of a board for appliance repair? Commercial stoves, fryers and such.

The equipment in the cooking line is actually very uncomplicated, straight forward and problems are easy to diagnose. You can get a quick education by visiting your local Restaurant Equipment Supply Store. Hope this helps.
