Those of you that have employees and do hiring, what do you use for employment applications.........store bought? Or does anyone have one on a Word or Publisher file??

I'd love to just print them out as I need them.

We use forms purchased from Office Depot.

The actually application is just a template Mike, a formality, get them at Staples or Office Depot and they will suffice. The important stuff is what you have them sign as they are getting hired, like non-competes, non-disclosures, etc.
