I found that the best way to market restaurants in your taget area is to send monthly post cards. The reason is that restaurants like any business gets a lot of mail, and tosses much of it in the trash. You have very little time to get your message in front of the customer. With post cards..your message is right there..in his/her face before it gets canned. and the postage is much cheaper.
As long as the customer see's what you have to offer (un-like opening an envolope) you could be in the right place at the right time. A recent visit from the health department, fire marshall or an up coming insurance renewal could spark enough interest in your service to make the potential customer say. Could you give me an estimate? BINGO!
