Questions on concrete and Dryvit

I have been asked to bid on some cleaning for a country club. Three problems on this job:

1) Concrete patio (88' x 15') has stains on it from cookouts, etc. Any recommendations of what products to use, which are best as far as degreasers? I have hot water and a surface cleaner.

2) Rust stains where railings meet the concrete. I am thinking of trying oxalic acid on these....any suggestions/techniques?

3) North side wall of the place is dryvit and tinted green with mold. Any special precautions to wash this type of wall? i.e. reduced pressure, etc?

I would appreciate any insight you could provide.

Hey Mike,

Pretty simple stuff. First always use the least amount of pressure as possible. Second be very careful with dryvit. If it is sound, low pressure and stay as far away as possible.

Grease Any degreaser should work.

Rust Iron out, Clr, or Oxalic acid.

Mildew Bleach and water, add a little soap.
