Opinions, will 1000psi 180 pressure do most jobs?

Opinions please, will a 115volt 1000psi 180 degree machine
clean most hood jobs or what equipment do you recomend?
Concerned about high water output do to lack of good drainage.
What pressure,temp,gpm do you recomend?

I would say that for the most part the 115 volt 1000/1500 psi hot water machines will complete most jobs. However a 2000 at 4 gal will be able to complete all jobs. The larger machines create more issues than they solve. If you let your soap work and pre scrape what you can, then the smaller machine1500/2000 @4 will work just fine.
