Rotomax Turbo Nozzle Fix?
I have several of the Rotomax brand turbo nozzles, a few have given me problems lately.
I have had some premature failures after recent rebuilds, little to no rotation.
Well I took one apart and the only wear visible was on the rotor tip itself.
There were some light grooves in the pink ceramic tip. And yes we do use the inline filters.
I removed the tip and polished it with copper gauze and reinstalled it.
All three units now run like new.
You might give it a shot before rebuilding or replacment.
