i had this problem last year. i was going to replace the pinlocks($50 each)until i looked at the holes. they were worn and oblong. i drilled new holes where needed and cleaned out the old holes with the drill bit. it works like new. duane

I just did the same thing about 3 weeks ago. Something that also helps is take some WD-40 and wipe down the the extensions. They will slide and lock so much easier.

Have any of you had problems with the gun bending slightly. I have had to replace two guns on one and one on another.

I have noticed that the gun does seem to bend more then it should. I just thought I had to tighten it back down. I will check today.

stephen howland from extendawand told me last year they were coming out with a new mounting system for the gun. i haven't followed up on it yet but i will. the nuts pulled out of my pole assembly and they sent me a new pole assembly. i still want to repair my old one. i will let you know what i find out. anybody else do the same.. duane
