I have been asked to bid on cleaning 49 windows 11sq ft each!they have holiday painting on them (acrlylic paint on there heavy)WHAT CAN I USE TO GET THIS OFF! KEEPING IN MIND THAT JOB IS TO BE DONE IN DEC ITS COLD UP HERE IN NEW JERSEY is $26.00 a window about the price

You may want to try a razor window scraper.

First plant your foot firmly in someones rearend for painting that many windows..........lol.Then buy a scraper like the one Dan has in the pic above and lots of extra blades.We charge double or triple our normal window rate when we remove paint.Good Luck.
