Approaching property management companies

We've washed / sealed one condo association (167 decks) twice in four years, but want to get a few more under our belt. This particular association fell into our lap because we lived in the complex.

Any suggestions on how to approach property management companies? Do we just mail them some flyers... call and present ourselves... ????

There are a number of ways to do this but it's going to take time. The best way is to talk to them in person, send them mailers or chat with the maintenance guys.
