Residential Pricing

Can you all give me some input as to what you generally charge for residential work - driveways and such of 2,000 sq ft and less? How much for Sq Ft?

Also, on the home themselves, are you charging by the running foot?

Any advice is great appreciated.

flatwork prices for residential are .10-.25 cents a foot.
Houses are usually priced at a dollar a linear foot for one story.
$2 a foot for two stories and so on. Give me a call if you have any questions.

thanks - that's actually pretty much what we been charging is $1 per running foot for 1 story and $2 for 2 story houses. So you think $.12 a sq ft on an average residential driveway is cool?

I charge about 160.00 to 175.00 for an average 2000 sqft house and adjust it depending on size difficulty, exerior type, gutters/no gutters, shrubbs, etc.

average driveways I charge about 75.00 for a regualr cleaning with no rust, oil or other stain removal.

roofs, I charge between 175.00 and 300.00 depending on size, difficulty, mold/algea build up, and the amount and layout of surrounding vegitation.

How long is your average driveway would you say CCPC?

maybe 45 minutes tops.
