Hey Dan S!
Congrats on the new wheels! After doing the same as you here is the advice I would give on the trailer:
First make sure you put down a heavy coat of good sealant on that floor. I used a sealant which contains rubber. I promise you that you will get the floor soaked so triple coat! Nothing like having a rotten floor drop out from under you doing 65 down the interstate heading to a job!!!
Positioning is extremely important. Make sure most of your weight is on the axle and slightly forward to the tongue. I would recommend putting the PW right over the rear axle and the water tank right in front of it leaving enough room to work on the unit. If you are not going to be hauling water most of the time then I would mount the unit right over the two axles. I would put a floor mounted reel out the back door and that way you can do everything out the back. You probably have a side door also. I would then put everything else forward toward the tongue including your chems, tool box, etc. I would mount your ladders on the inside on the wall using large hooks made to do that and bolt them in to the frame. I would hang your wands, brooms, etc on the wall next to the side door with bottom and top clip hooks you can get at home depot. Not sure what kind of machine you have but i would also make sure the exhaust has an extension on it facing upward toward your vent. Have your water hose long enough so it will connect/disconnect out the door. When it is time to bolt down make sure you have the right space under the floor...so you don't hit the support beams. If you don't have an interior light you might want to hook one up also. Make sure that you have a "holding" bin for the chems also so that they don't topple over during the ride.
Hope this helps Dan. Let me know how it goes!
Dennis
