Roof Cleaning Chemicals

I am in the cedar roof care business. I am wondering if anyone knows of any products that I can spray on the cedar roof to make it easier to clean. I usually use a 2500psi 10gpm machine, and then I treat with moss retardant and cedar oil.

I have customers doing the same,
they have used oxcylic acid, or bleach.

We've done some shake restoration recently - we had to strip the old stain/sealer off which was done with a sodium hydroxide product followed by an oxalic acid to neutralize. For maintenance, we would use a percarbonate cleaner as opposed to bleach (less hazardous to all involved - wood, landscaping & Applicator!) Certain percarbs have stripping capabilities and may need to be neutralized with an oxalic or citralic acid.
