Every one with a tank knows this sinario.

Pull up to the light with only half a load of water, the truck stops, then moves forward then back, over and over untill the light turns green.

Polly tanks are great but there baffling system needs improvement. Normally tanks are full or totally empty, but in our industry.

Here is the cheap solution.

Purchase 100' roll of 3" big O tubing. The stuff farmers use to drain thier fields. Fill your tank with the tubing, untill it looks like a ball of spagetti inside of your tank. Leave a little spot aroud the opening for the filling hose of choice. Cut off the remainder tubing. Tie off end near opening for ez removal.

The Big O will not affect the volume of the tank and will self drain. You will be glad you spent the time to do this, expecially when some one cuts you off and you have to stop quickly with a half a load.

Waiting for your idea of the day!!

Someone once said to roll up frost fence.Doesn't take up much space, but works well. We have electric brakes on our trailers, but you can still feel it.As well,it probably is easier on the trucks and trailers. I'll just add that to the list of things to do.
