Cleaning baking pans

I have somone how I clean the front sidewalk of a store for and they asked me if I wood try and clean some pans they use to bake bread on. I hit it with the pressure washer it did noting at 4000 psi. Does anyone know if there is a way to get the black baked on grease off or not. Thanks Robert [wsmile]

you are dealing not with grease, but with carbon-- my friend

to really get that stuff off without killing yourself you can use a commercial carbon remover. i have used Carbon-Off (kind of pricey but if you have enough business it is worth the labor it saves.

Depending on size of pan, the new large ones are about $5.00 each. They work great under McDonald's Grill for catching grease.
