I own a small sewer and drain cleaning business in a resort area in Colorado and am looking to add a powerwashing service to fill up the off season times. My vans have 5.5gpm/3500 psi cold water rigs in them with ~200'-500' of hose for the sewer work that I think would be easily adaptable for pressure washing. Any thoughts on what I can and can't do with these machines? I currently have no provision for chemical injection or to capture water used (no need for either in sewers). Would love any advice on nozzles/wands/chemicals etc; anything different from what I do to what you do. I have been a mechanical engineer in hydralic system design, and an auto and heavy equipment mechanic. Happy to help with anything I can. Hope I can contribute as well as benefit.
