hotwater Power washing machine

I looking to buy a hotwater powerwasher for hood cleaning, perhaps some of you would know where the best deals is, what size I would need, etc. Also during the winter month I am planning to keep the machine in a trailier and I'm concern about freezing any thoughts on this as well.

pressure washer you are looking for? GPM ? PSI ?
Gas engine driven? 12 volt? generator?

There are different schools of thought on what might
be the right p/w for hood & vent cleaning.
We have hood guys that we have sold 2 GPM @
1000-1500 PSI electric diesel fired units to 5.5 GPM
@ 3500 PSI gas engine skids.
