Showing a storage unit facility we have completed this week. They had a major problem with well water stains on the ends of all the units from the sprinkler system, plus a nasty mold problem on most every unit.
Thanks Doug, we used the BT200 on the mold, definitly the product to use.
I wasn't sure if it would keep it clean, I know it keeps working for 80 hours is it? but didn't think it would do anything if there was no mold left to kill.
I know now though for next time, Thanks[/QUOTE
What the BT200 does is, whne you apply it AFTER the cleaning, is goes into the pores of the surface, say brick, and kills ans eats the Mold and Mildew. This is the Mold and MIidew that you can not see, and the bleach will not touch. Bleach is great for surface mold but won;t do anything for the mold in the pores.
I meant to ask you Doug, do a lot of people use the BT200 for awning cleaning with it being a green certified chemical?
Is there going to be anything different in an actual awning cleaner that will work better?
Have you had any feedback from people who use the BT200 on a regular basis for awning maintenance?
