    what are these clean spots??

    Hello I got a call from a customer to clean his driveway. when i got there I saw this. tried hot and cold pressure washing. nothing budged. He say he thinks it is car or tire wax. Shows even more when the concrete is wet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
