    FM Facility Maintenance

Thanks Ron, Your advice is working. Slowly gaining ground on large companies. Completed a few locations of a fast food chain to show the DM what we can do and that we want all their locations. So far nothing but positive reviews from the store managers, and request they mail the DM as well on...

    FM Facility Maintenance

Planned on calling them and going over things such as payment expectations, schedules, etc. You submit your rate, and travel rate instead of them dictating to you...granted it may try to be negotiated. If I can put my rig to work during down time then it may be worthwhile. I'm working on a...

    FM Facility Maintenance

Hey guys, Anyone pair up with them? They have contracts on over 16,000 restaurants (Outback, Carrabba, etc) I believe. I got an offer from them for my area and considering it since I have spoke to a few places that will only use them. Curious as to the positives and negatives. Also I have...

    Emailing PM companies

Thanks for the tip Jake. I will be doing some cold calling and visiting today. I agree on the bribery as well, it's amazing how food can open doors! If anyone has tips regarding different approaches and intro's, it would be a big help. I can sell to billion dollar oil companies, but...

Thanks Doug. Do you target only the largest ones, or do you hit every PM you can locate?

    Emailing PM companies

Alright guys, another newbie question, I have chased down a couple property management companies and still in the waiting to hear back and bug them phase. Is it better to call or email PM groups looking for work? I am a much stronger seller in person then on the phone, but that obviously...

    Bidding on large commercial project

I got the sqft pretty spot on, but never been on that site before. It will come in handy from here on out, much appreciated. I purposely over estimated the time frame to take into account being newer, any unforseen circumstances, and heavy build up in areas. I would rather brag that I got it...

    Bidding on large commercial project

Not on FB, I am what you call anti-social if it doesn't relate to business. Just sent you an email with a few more specs of the matter at hand. I was leaning towards BT200, it is spendy, but from what I read it gets results. I'll look further into both tonight.

    Bidding on large commercial project

Dumpster pads are located behind each group of buildings and it is all concrete. The use the large compactor style dumpsters, so short of chaining them up to my truck, I wont be moving them. I can see what the frequency of service is and see if they can leave them out on a specified day.

    Bidding on large commercial project

I'll compile a list and shoot it to you tonight, and contact you about 14:00 tomorrow. Using a rough estimate measurement I am looking at 27,456sqft of sidewalk. He is also interested in a quick rinse of windows and potentially building fronts. This does not include dumpster pads. Using a...

Also I live 90 minutes from the location so I am going to have my helper who lives in the area try to get it for me tomorrow.

    Bidding on large commercial project

8 Pads, and they ones I see are horrendously nasty. So thinking $75-$100 per pad, sound close? Carlos could I maybe bend your ear tomorrow for some tips, and can I pm you the google map of the location in question? I don't want to over bid and lose it, and don't know to throw away money. It...

    Bidding on large commercial project

So I have been racking by brain on what exactly to quote and in need of guidance. I have a thread in the marketing section, and have the operations manager very interested after doing a demo. He doesn't have the sqft estimate, but I am figuring time wise will be 2-3 nights. It's a large...

Last minute advice regarding big account.

If it helps, in the pricing aspect, Median income: $83k Average income: $100k From what I have read average charges seem to be anywhere between $0.06-$0.15/sqft. Would I be lowballing at say $0.09/sqft?

Last minute advice regarding big account.

I have a meeting tomorrow afternoon with the operations manager that over sees a large outdoor mall (about 20k+ sqft of sidewalk alone). The current company he uses is an all in one type deal. In other words it's janitorial and maintenance that through in power washing the sidewalks/windows,etc...

Lets Talks Pressure Washing Sales,Commercial Selling personal

What all does a job like that entail, I presume everything exterior (driving surfaces, walkways, windows, etc). Is it an as needed basis, or do you have a set schedule. Such as once a month, every 3 months, etc.

Looks good Mark. Not sure how I missed that one. By chance could you pm me your price on one of your trailer units? Didn't see a price on some of your smaller ones.

    Approaching dealerships

Appreciate the advice Adam. My area is similar to yours, and there are three main clusters of dealers. In all I have around 35 lots within 15 miles of me. I beginning to lean more the commercial sidewalk/building and fleet, but don't want to rule out dealers. Area has a lot of dust and...

    Rig setup

Been hunting around a lot for a rig setup. Currently will be used for fleet wash, but may have a line on doing sidewalks/building. If it pans out it will be a lot of square footage for an outdoor mall. I am really debating on if I NEED a heated setup to start or if I can get by for a few months...
